Main Goals

  • To preserve and promote Uzbek culture, language, and traditions in Germany.
  • To unite Uzbek compatriots in Germany and increase their social engagement.
  • To strengthen cultural, sports, and academic ties between Uzbekistan and Germany.
  • To promote a healthy lifestyle among youth and develop sports activities.

Main Tasks

  • Organizing cultural and educational events, seminars, meetings, and sports competitions.
  • Implementing projects aimed at promoting the Uzbek language, culture, arts, and history.
  • Holding national holidays, festivals, and traditional events.
  • Providing cultural and social support to compatriots.
  • Developing cooperation with German public organizations and supporting integration processes.

Anvar Shermatov

He graduated in German and French Philology from the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, and in Modern History, German as a Foreign Language, and German Philology from the Technical University of Berlin. Since 2013, he has been active in the Uzbek-German association “Davra.”
