About us

"Vatandoshlar" public foundation was established on August 11, 2021. Our main goal is to further unite compatriots living abroad around their historical homeland, strengthen in their hearts and minds a sense of pride for the country, preserve national identity, support compatriots and public associations created by them, effectively channel the potential of compatriots working in various fields for the development of our country.

The symbol of the foundation The symbol of the public foundation "Vatandoshlar" mainly uses the blue color reflected in the patterns of minarets and historical monuments, which represent our national values. Blue is a symbol of peace and tranquility, and it represents goodness, wisdom, honesty and loyalty. In the center, there is the "Monument of Independence" in the magnificent monument built in the "New Uzbekistan" park on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In the upper part of the monument, the "Humo" bird, which is part of the coat of arms of Uzbekistan, is depicted. On the back of the monument there is an image of a globe, which means working with compatriots living abroad. Together with, open palms are shown in the symbol, which means that the Foundation is ready to promote openness and acceptance, honesty and sincerity, to unite compatriots around the "New Uzbekistan" and to take care of them constantly.

About the establishment of the foundation The public foundation "Vatandoshlar" was established on August 11, 2021 by the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PD-5220 in order to establish and develop permanent and effective relations with our compatriots in foreign countries and to unite around them to their Motherland. The board of trustees of "Vatandoshlar" public foundation is the highest organ of the foundation. The Foundation Management formed by the Board of Trustees is considered the executive organ of the foundation. The Parliamentary Commission for the Management of the Funds of the Public Fund for the Support of Non-Governmental Organizations and other Institutions of Civil Society under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan allocates the necessary funds in the form of subsidies to finance the organization and conduct of activities within the framework of the main tasks of the Fund.
